If you throw after taking a tylenol 30 minutes after will it have any effect?

So I’m really sick and have a bad headache, so I took a tylenol, then threw up from being sick 30 minutes later. Is 30 minutes in my stomach enough time for it to do anything?
The question is supposed to say "throw up", sorry about that.

No trust, it has been thrown up as well. Its best to let your stomach settle. You could drink Sprite, then in about an hour try again with the TYL. Also a cool towel on your head and laying dwn should help soothe some of the pain.

Not really, perhaps take another half dose, so just incase some was absorbed the additional dose will make up for any lost

Yes, it has been thrown up too. If you take the next dose, make sure you eat ice cubes to avoid vomiting..
