How to Battle Against Stress
Handling stress at work and at home can be really tiring. Most at the time people who suffers from stress just need a rest and should stay away from the things that causing them stress. For instance if your work is causing you stress a vacation is the best way to solve it. One week vacation can rejuvenate a person whose been stressed out and over worked.
Another advice would be avoid bringing your work at home, doing this can make yo spend more time with your kids and wife and thus avoid you of stress when your at your home. I also read in an article that daily exercise can also help you in your battle against stress so if your think you cant handle the stress of your daily work try going to the gym at least 2-3 times a week and see if it helps you with your battle against stress.
