How many minutes of Audio (MP3 Format) can be stored on 1GB?

it depends on the quality of your songs. if they are 128 khz quality (cd quality) then maybe 200 maximum. but if the quality is 98khz, which isnt noticebly different qualty will be 250~300. you will fill up a gig in no time. i would get at bare minumum 4 gb depending on what you are planning to use it for. if you are going to put all your cds on it, get something bigger, but if you just put a couple hundred songs, then i would get the 1 gb. hope this helps

    At the rate of 128 kbps, u can aparox save 1000 minutes. Mostly, u can save approx minutes same as the # of ur space in MB with 128 kbps. So, with 1000 MB, u can save 1000 minutes.
