The Best Exercises To Lose Fat

Not all exercises are created equal. In fact, some just plain old stink. But there are some amazing exercises to burn body fat and get amazing results. But its not going to come from the exercise machines, it is going to come from free range, big exercises that work several muscles at once… and big muscles.

The more muscles you work and the bigger the range of motion, means that you not only will tighten and tone but you will blast body fat too. Here are my favorites: squats, bulgarian split squat (a more advanced move), push-ups, burpees and bench presses.
