Exercises are obviously the cornerstone of good work out plans. The exercises you do will have the greatest impact on the type of body that you are going to develop. If you are trying to bulk up then the plan that you will be following is not the same as if you are trying to slim down. If one persons goal is to become a huge body building then that person will not be doing the same workout as someone trying to get a swimmers body. One thing that you should really keep in mind with all this is that the food you eat will also play a huge role on the type of body that you develop.
