Im glad He’s the … Im glad He’s the coach we have alot of 1st round picks that are top 20 on this team that could use the motivation to want to be GREAT. He’ reached the pinnacle, and as a competitor he is gonna mold this team into his image and they are gonna be hungry to want to be champions. He’s not a X’s and O’s coach but he is a Leader that they could look up to…But someone on the feild needs to take that role.

He is too old school today these guys are overpaid and don’t have the passion as much as players did 25-30 years ago. Rex Ryan is old school as well but he is a better coach because he can relate to his players he is a players coach and i think today players coaches end up doing more than old school football coaches
