How much does it usually cost to rent a hotel conference room? in the Cincinnati area?
Planning a baby shower for about 30 guests so I would not need a huge room. Since Im coming from out of town I would be renting a room in the hotel. I found a nice room through the local parks service and it’s 195$ but only issue is it’s that it’s a little bit out of the way
I don’t think that you’re going to beat a $200 rate for that event. I would recommend that you negotiate with the hotel where you intend to stay when you make your reservations. A lot depends on which day it is and how much service you will need. If there is another, larger convention in town on that day, you may have difficulty or pay a higher price. I would expect that you would need a minimum crew of 3 hotel employees working for two hours to set up and take down the room. Then you have linens and table settings. That’s a guess.
