I downloaded a template from microsoft for excel a few minutes ago.
Is it necessary to have serial numbers for all the items?
I ask this becaue I work at a electronics engineering company and there is literally 100’s of parts lying around , in reels and in plastic zip locks..

It’s just too much.

It would be impossible to count all of them .
What’s the solution to this ?

You can take a look at inFlow Inventory. It is a basic inventory system that has all the esstenials.

They have a Free version that is free forever, but limits to 100 products and customers. The software itself is very easy to use and fast to install.

I am using one of the master templates, and it is running everything so slow. I added a video, but it does not give me a sound. Also I am not able to add two clips into one drop box even though I was told that I could do it. And again the rendering for a 4 minutes templates takes about an hour, sometimes more. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your sequence settings match your footage, especially the codec used.

Simple intro. Took me about 10 minutes.

Hi there i am running a program where i go to preschools and day cares and show kids about pottery and i let them glaze it then i return with there work.
What i need to know is how to write up a Proper Contract pretty much just stating the date, program and down payment just so they dont cancel last minute

any formal template for minutes taking?

Ask the former chairperson how they took the minute notes and that usually the best way.

I run a small business, It’s just me in the company, and I am a small business and I am president. I am the sole majority shareholder.

My lawyer used to charge me so much money for adding simple resolutions to my minute book, that I decided to do them myself from now on.

My federal incorporation will make a cash dividend, is there a template I can use for the text to use in the resolution for my company minute book?

In other words, what do I write EXACTLY in my minute book?

All you need to write is "The company declares a dividend in the amount of $xxxxxx, due and payable on June 15,2009"

The exact wording is not important, just that the minutes are clear and unambiguous.

Or just the initial one? In addition, anyone have a template for california minutes I can use? I’m only a one person corporation and essentially everything from ceo, director, etc.

you need an affidavit signed by someone with credentials, or "stamped" by a notary.
