How far from Ramada Conference Center, Hammond, IN to Chicago, Illinois?

Posted on June 19th, 2010 by admin in conference centers | 2 Comments »

Thanks. What is a definite worth see in this area?

it will only take about a half an hour. there is absolutely nothing that you want to see in hammond unless you like to gamble and then there is the new horseshoe casino which is very nice. also, there is a nice outlet mall in michigan city, in, which is about 35 minutes east of hammond. if you have the time, i would spend as much as possible in chicago. the things to see are…
1. navy pier
2. any of the museums if the weather is bad (science and industry as well as field museum) are my two favorites.
3. sears tower or john hancock building
4. take a stroll through the theatre district and check out all the old buildings.
5. if you like shopping, then the big marshall fields (macy’s) flasgship store or michigan ave. if you like high end stores, then take a walk down oak street.

Posted on June 16th, 2010 by admin in conference centers | 1 Comment »

The admission fee is $58.00 and must bring a guest with you. Also, it said the promotional tools cost $3,600.00. They will offer free lunch like a sandwich and a seven hour training about storesonline. Do you think it worth to go there, is it a scam or what?

Before you do anything else, check them out at www.bbb.org/ and/or www.ripoffreport.com/

How much did it cost you to have your wedding at the woodlands resort and conference center?

Posted on June 8th, 2010 by admin in conference centers | 1 Comment »

i really liked the pictures of the outdoor deck area to have the ceremony..i need a general idea how much it cost you.

there is no way to get an idea of how much it is going to cost by what other people did because each wedding is unique and the cost depends upon what you do and what you serve and how many people you are planning to have.

don’t be bashful about contacting the woodlands directly and asking them for a price quote. that is what they do and they expect people to ask. before you call or email them, take a look at their wedding packages and jot down some idea of what you want…like hor devours served by circulating waiters or a roast beef carving station….and then have a general idea of about how many people you want to have….and what time of year and what time of day…all of those factors will affect the price. then call or email them and their event coordinator will give you a price quote that is normally good for about 6 months.

if you need one for a further away date, tell them you need it to be good for a year or two years…and they will accomodate you. that is really the only way you will ever find out how much this is going to cost you.

How to find a realestate investor pay half of property to start a Christian Camp and Conference Center?

Posted on June 2nd, 2010 by admin in conference centers | 1 Comment »

I have found over 80 acres for sale including spring fed pool with water slide, two pavilions (75×85 which seats over 250 with benchs already provided) has frisbee golf, baseball field, soccer field, volleyball court, half court basketball, bathroom facility, 1800’s historical log cabin, early 1900’s ranch home, outdoor catering kitchen, property is being used for corp. daily events.

No point in going into details of the property (especially when you don’t even says where). I would post this under Business Opportunities, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Wanted, and investor to invest in a Christian Camp and Confrence Center.

But before you bother, you should put together a business plan that shows a need, the market, pricing, how you expect to pay for it, etc. You’ll need all that before you’ll find your investor.
