6/23/2009 – Roman at Dekalb County Board of Commissioners Meeting
Roman discusses once again that Dekalb County Board of Directors needs to investigate and address the issue of completing jobs without permits and inspections, which is resulting in huge safety violations and endangers public. Additionally, government’s ignorance allows violators to get away from paying large sums of money to the County and get away from any safety responsibilities. County recently laid off 62 inspectors due to lack of funding. These people would have been still employed with the county if local government enforce permits and inspections and punish violators with hefty fines. Roman also discussed that on 6-9-09 Dekalb County Commissioners with their leader CEO W. Burrell Ellis, Jr. failed to allow 30 minutes for public comments. Instead only 15 minutes were allowed, but fraudulently 30 minutes limit was announced by the clerk. Additionally, instead of 10 speakers only 8 were allowed. Roman and Jane were first to signup, however not given an opportunity to speak. This appears to be an example of discrimination against minority that happens here in Dekalb County of Georgia, USA

Why can’t I get a new job?
I am in my late 40’s and have almost 30 years of secretarial experience. I have been with the same non-profit agency for 20 years. I had not been given a raise in years. Last December, 2007 I asked for a raise. My director told me that she will try. I then had wks. vacation and went on several interviews – did not get another job. I followed up on my raise request in April, 2008 – my boss says that she is still trying to "find money"… but meanwhile within the last few years she and the assistant director were given a $10G raise per year each (I know this because I take Board minutes). I went on a couple of more interviews – still nothing. I again e-mailed her last month. She said that there have been cut backs. Mind you, she never anwwers me in writing – she answers me verbally. I REALLY want a new job now but I think it’s because of my age. Why can’t I find a new job? Is anyone hiring secretaries in NYC?
One of McCain buddies in China bought your job with campaign contributions. You’ll have to fly over there to get it.
The World According To Obama – Contradictions
Which Obama Did You Vote For ?
The Truth Shall Set You Free…
Meet some of president elect Obamas leading foreign and domestic policy advisors and likely administration members, every one of them a prominent member of the Council On Foreign Relations.
Will these people bring about “change” or will they continue to hold up the same entrenched system forged by the corporate elite for decades?
Susan E. Rice – Council on Foreign Relations, The Brookings Institution – Served as Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs under Clinton from 1997 to 2001. Former Secretary of State Madeline Albright is a longtime mentor and family friend to Rice. Critics charge that she is is ill disposed towards Europe, has little understanding of the Middle East and would essentially follow the same policies of Condoleeza Rice if appointed the next Secretary of State or the National Security Adviser.
Anthony Lake – CFR, PNAC – Bill Clintons first national security adviser, who was criticized for the administrations failure to confront the genocide in Rwanda in 1994 and now acknowledges the inaction as a major mistake.
Zbigniew Brzezinski – CFR, Trilateral Commission – Brzezinski is widely seen as the man who created Al Qaeda, and was involved in the Carter Administration plan to give arms, funding and training to the mujahideen in Afghanistan.
Richard Clarke – CFR – Former chief counter-terrorism adviser on the U.S. National Security Council under Bush. Notoriously turned against the Bush administration after 9/11 and the invasion of Iraq. Also advised Madeleine Albright during the Genocide in Rwanda.
Ivo Daalder – CFR, Brookings, PNAC – Co-authored a Washington Post op-ed with neocon Robert Kagan arguing that interventionism is a bipartisan affair that should be undertaken with the approval of our democratic allies.
Dennis Ross – CFR, Trilateral Commission, PNAC – Served as the director for policy planning in the State Department under President George H. W. Bush and special Middle East coordinator under President Bill Clinton. A noted supporter of the Iraq war, Ross is also a Foreign Affairs Analyst for the Fox News Channel.
Lawrence Korb – CFR, Brookings – Director of National Security Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. Has criticized manor of the invasion of Iraq but has detailed plans to increase the manpower of the United States Army to fight the war on terror and to “spread liberal democratic values throughout the Middle East”.
Bruce Reidel – CFR, Brookings – Former CIA analyst who wishes to expand the war on terror to fight Al Qaeda across the globe. Considered to be the reason behind Barack Obamas Hawkish views on Pakistan and his Pro India leanings on Kashmir.
Stephen Flynn – CFR – Has been attributed with the idea for Obamas much vaunted “Civilian Security Force”. Flynn has written: “The United States should roughly replicate the Federal Reserve model by creating a Federal Security Reserve System (FSRS) with a national board of governors, 10 regional Homeland Security Districts, and 92 local branches called Metropolitan Anti-Terrorism Committees. The objective of this system would be to develop self-funding mechanisms to more fully engage a broad cross-section of American society to protect the countrys critical foundations from the widespread disruption that would arise from a terrorist attack.”
Madeline Albright – CFR, Brookings – Currently serves on the Council on Foreign Relations Board of directors. Secretary of State and US Ambassador to the United Nations under Clinton. Did not take action against the genocide in Rwanda. Defended the sanctions against Iraq under Saddam Hussein. When asked by CBSs 60 Minutes about the effects of sanctions: “We have heard that half a million children have died. I mean, thats more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?” Albright replied: “I think this is a very hard choice, but the price — we think the price is worth it.”
This is by no means an exhaustive list. Of course, had John McCain become president, being a member of the CFR himself, his administration would have been replete with CFR representatives also. Max Boot, Lawrence Eagleburger and Henry Kissinger, to name but a few, are all CFR members and were all advisors to the McCain campaign.
Please do your own research. It is important to document how these people are a part of the engine of global elitism and do not represent change. Only with this understanding will others wake up to the false left-right paradigm and be able to create the environment for real political change.

Obama has repeatedly denied Freedom of Information act info on TARP and Freddie Mac. Is this "transparency"?
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/oct/28/transparent-nonsense/
"The administration has refused to honor a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from the Chicago Tribune for Freddie Mac board minutes from when White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel was a director. It has ignored multiple FOIA requests for White House visitor logs, including one from its pet network, MSNBC. It denied an FOIA request for documents on a treaty on intellectual property rights. It refused an FOIA request for documents related to the Troubled Asset Relief Program bailout. And as far back as June, Newsweek featured a headline saying "Obama Closes Doors on Openness" because of loopholes making its disclosure guarantees "astonishingly weaker" than those under President Clinton. "
Is this what Obama meant by "transparancy"?
The current administration is about as transparent as a brick.

Awareness • WSPA • 1982 • Spartanburg
Two years before the FCC deregulated commercial television, the airwaves had plenty of time to fill around their commercials. Edward Valenti’s Ginsu Knives became cutting edge as infomercials sliced deftly into the thin air left behind by the demise of yawn-inspiring, community-based shows like WSPA’s “Awareness.” This episode was broadcast in the Autumn of 1982 and was a full 30 minutes long. I have edited it down to just nine minutes of concentrated sleep inducement, and replaced all the commercials with a time-warped one of a pregnant Donna, shot after our ages had more than doubled.
Just 90 minutes before this was taped, I did not know I had a future in television. I was about to sit down to dinner when I got a call from Sharon Crenshaw asking me if I wanted to be on TV. When I agreed, she said she and Mike will be over to pick me up in 30 minutes. An hour later I was in her car about to arrive in Spartanburg for the first time since I touched down at GSP from Califorinia (via Iowa) in 1978.
If you choose to watch this, you’ll notice second and third person references to one another which were introduced by the host, Tony Bell, and continued to litter the conversational landscape. I have recently been told the admirable Mr. Bell not only went on to become the Director of Human Resources for Spartanburg County, but is also helping to implement and achieve the mission of Goodwill Industries of Upstate/Midlands South Carolina as a dedicated member of its board of directors.
My favorite part of the whole show happens right after it ends. There is a fragment of a gubernatorial re-election (SC’s first) campaign commercial by Richard (Dick) Riley. It not only provides a delicious time stamp to a piece that could put Heidegger to sleep but also seeing the former US Secretary of Education still on his way up is a reminder of what a visionary leader can accomplish.

How do I write bylaws and hold meetings if I am a single shareholder/ president of an s corp in NY state?
I just incorporated in NY state, which was fairly easy but now comes the tricky part with minutes, meetings, electing the board of directors etc. I will be a single/sole shareholder and the president/ treasurer/ secretary of this company (there is no single member LLC possible in NY state). How do I write the bylaws and minutes if there are no other directors/ shareholders to attend? How do I sign papers for a business bank account. Looked everywhere and cannot find an answer so far for this situation.
My advice find a lawyer. U don’t want to get introuble down the line…
